2.   Colonoscopy - where a thin tube with a camera inside is passed into your bottom to look for signs of bowel cancer.

3.   FIT (Faecal Immunochemical Test) home stool testing:

• Purchase an at home FIT (poo) test from Selph - www.selph.co.uk   

A FIT test - used in the NHS and the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme - is a simple, at-home test that picks up blood in the stool which can be caused by bowel cancer.
