What's on 40tude Challenges Our event partners Our event partners For each of our fundraising challenges we work with a specialist event partner including Pie (cycling), Active360 (stand up paddleboarding) and Tribal Tracks (trekking) Covid-19 We understand that there is uncertainty about booking overseas travel right now. We hope that you will be reassured by our event partners' policy of doing the right thing for their clients at all times. Both Pie and Tribal Tracks have been certified "We’re Good To Go” by VisitBritain, the official UK certification to signal that a tourism business has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. Tribal Tracks (winners of the 2020 Soldiering On award for Best Best Business Startup) have also confirmed that if the current FCDO advice against all but essential travel still applies and it is not possible to travel to Morocco or Romania on the planned dates in 2021, then they will work with 40tude to postpone the trip until a later date. Deposits and any other monies paid to Tribal Tracks would transfer to the postponed trip. If it is not possible for those who book to make the revised dates, Tribal Tracks will provide a refund in full less a small admin fee (max. £35) which covers insurances that they take out on booking which are non-refundable. Recognising that our cycle challenge in France in September 2021 is some time away yet you can register your interest now and pay your deposit to Pie closer to the time. See here for more details about this ride.
