In February, Russell Kesley was part of the Wounded Lions 500 team which rode 500 miles in just 48 hours between Twickenham and Murrayfield, carrying with them the match ball for the Calcutta Cup, in support of 40tude and Doddie Weir's MND Foundation. 

In the early days of lockdown, Russell set himself a new challenge: riding a 100km a day for 100 days (indoors) in support of the NHS, MND and 40tude. As if this wasn't enough, he has also taken part in vRace Across Europe and AW1D, riding 240 miles a day on four occasions.
