A big thank you to Jonathan Mount who achieved his goal of cycling 500 miles before Christmas Day 2021 for 40tude, at the same time as undergoing treatment for colon cancer.

Jonathan explains, "I DID IT... and I cannot tell you how pleased I am. Challenge completed! I cannot say how pleased I am, and to have raised so much money for such a good cause."

"I titled it "I would cycle 500 miles" in memory of Silas, who sadly died of a brain tumour whilst at Wellesley," says Jonathan. "My cancer started with cancer of the colon, that was 8 years ago, and it has now returned to attack my liver, so the charity "40tude" is particularly apt.
