40tude Golf Event    27th-29th April 2022

 PAYMENT TERMS:

• In order to confirm your place on the trip a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
• The balance is due to be paid to 40tude by 28 February 2022. This is also non-refundable   

 CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT

• I understand that 40tude may have to cancel my booking if a minimum number of participants do not register for this event before 1 February 2022  
• In the event that we are required to cancel the event for reasons outside of our control (including, but not limited to, industrial action, explosion, outbreak of disease or pandemic, health and safety issues, fire, weather, flooding or infrastructure failures) we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and we will use reasonable endeavours to arrange an alternative date for this event if possible. If no agreement can be reached we will refund to you the money you have paid to us for this event. We will not pay any compensation or other reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result of cancellation by 40tude
• If changes to the itinerary or other alterations / curtailment beyond the control of 40tude occur (for example due to adverse weather conditions) we will let you know as soon as possible and will use use best endeavours to arrange suitable alternative arrangements.  If this is not possible we will seek to recover costs and provide a refund where possible 
  

REGISTRATION DECLARATION:

In accepting our Terms & Conditions when registering for the event you confirm the following:

• All information provided about myself in the Registration Document is true and accurate
• I have read, understood and accept all the details of the event provided in the invitation to this event 
• I confirm that I am medically fit to safely participate in this event and take full responsibility for my own personal health and fitness.  I agree to notify 40tude immediately if there are any changes in the above circumstances
• I confirm that I will abide by the organisers' and golf clubs’ rules and regulations at all times prior to, during and after the event
• I understand that participating in a golf event may involve a certain degree of risk to my health and wellbeing.  I confirm that I accept any risks involved and that I am responsible for my own health and safety at all times while attending this event
• In registering for this event I acknowledge that 40tude shall not be liable for liable for any loss, damage, death, injury, action, claim, costs or expenses which may arise in consequence of my participation of the event
• I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I have appropriate insurance cover in relation to my own participation in the Event or, if necessary, arrange for extra insurance protection, including for any equipment that you bring with you.  You may also wish to consider taking out cancellation insurance at the time of booking your place on this event, as the deposit and balance payments are non-refundable
• I hereby grant 40tude the right to take photographs of and film the Event and to use any such photographs and/or film (including any reproductions or adaptations of such photographs or film) for all general purposes in relation to the charity's work, in whichever form 40tude decides and whenever 40tude chooses to do so, including but not limited to: publicity materials, websites and social media
